Myofascial Cupping Treatment
A deep tissue therapeutic treatment using a cupping technique that helps break adhesions in the fascial layers which in turn can increase circulation, range of motion, and tissue health in the affected area. Added to treatment as needed/requested

Manual Lymphatic Drainage (Vodder Technique) A specialized treatment used to increase lymphatic flow which can treat the effects of lymphedema both primary and post cancer surgery. *CANCELLATION POLICY*
Due to the fact that my schedule is constantly at capacity, I require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellation of any appointments.
EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2021 the late cancel fee is $40 for any cancellation less than 24 hours but more than 4 hours prior to the start time of the appointment. For cancellations less than 4 hours and no-shows, the full amount of the treatment will be charged. This amount is due prior to booking your next appointment. Thank you for your understanding.
My name is Sandy Elsaesser and I graduated from the MH Vicars School of Massage Therapy in Edmonton, AB. I completed the 2-year, 2200 hour course on June 16th, 2017, graduating with honours, and am now a fully registered member in good standing with Natural Health Practitioners of Canada. My association membership is recognized by insurance companies and receipts from me are fully reimbursable by most insurance providers. Besides my own practice, I am also working in Prince Albert at North Country Massage and Medispa. Since graduation I have taken some advanced training courses that include Myofascial Cupping Technique and most recently became LEVEL 3 Certified in the Dr. Vodder Method of Manual Lymphatic Drainage and Decongestive Therapy by Vodder Schools International.
I have lived in Birch Hills for over 20 years, and now that I have started on my new career path, I have opened my own clinic in the wonderful community where I live. I am currently booking appointments on Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays however, I will be adding more days as the demand increases. Eventually, I will be working at my Birch Hills clinic full time. I look forward to becoming a part of your wellness journey.
